A easy white bread recipe with only 1 tsp sugar! This Traditional Milk Bread Recipe is easy to make, and equally as delicious.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Flour (450g)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 300 ml Warm Milk
- 15 g Yeast
Instructions
- Warm 1 cup of milk, 1 tsp sugar and yeast. Allow to bloom for 5 minutes.
- In your mixing bowl, add flour, sugar and salt. Add your yeast mix once bloomed. Knead the dough for 5-8 minutes.
- Once kneaded, roll the dough into a ball and placed into a greased bowl to rise for 30 minutes.
- Once risen, gently deflate the dough and form into three strands. Braid the dough and place into your baking tin. Cover with cling film and allow loaf to double in size, roughly 30-45 minutes.
- Use an egg wash with a pastry brush and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 350℃ for 25 minutes.
