- 1 Packet Yeast
- 1 cup Warm Milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Dough Ingredients
- 8 tbsp Sugar
- 5 Cups Flour
- 1 Cup Warmed Water
- 1 tsp salt

Sweet Brioche Rolls – 24 rolls in 1 pan! {with video}
The BEST brioche rolls, perfect for a BBQ or bulk batch cooking to freeze! Roasting dish I use.
Ingredients
Yeast Mix
- 7 g Yeast (1 Packet)
- 1 cup Warm Milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Dough Ingredients
- 8 tbsp Sugar
- 5-6 cups Flour
- 6 tbsp Butter (melted)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Warm Water
Instructions
- Warm 1 cup of milk, 1 tbsp Sugar and yeast. Allow to bloom for 5 minutes.
- In your mixing bowl, add flour, sugar, butter, salt and water. Add your yeast mix once bloomed. Knead the dough for 5-8 minutes.
- Once kneaded, roll the dough into a ball and placed into a greased bowl to rise for 2 hours
- Once risen, knead the dough again and divide the dough balls into small rounds. Line your dough balls up on a large dish and let rise again for at least one hour. Mine usually makes 24 rolls.
- Use an egg wash and pastry brush, and bake at 350℃ for 25 minutes.
