Ingredients
Yeast Mix
- 1 Packet Yeast
- 1 cup Warm Water
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Dry Ingredients
- 8 tbsp Sugar
- 5 cups Flour
- 1 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
- 6 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 cup milk

Yeast Mix
- 1 Packet Yeast
- 1 cup Warm Water
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Dry Ingredients
- 8 tbsp Sugar
- 5 cups Flour
- 1 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
- 6 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Warm 1 cup of milk, 6 tbsp of butter and add to your dry ingredients. Mix until combined
- Add your yeast mix to the bowl and knead until smooth. Add more flour after 5 minutes if the dough is too sticky
- Once kneaded, roll the dough into a ball and placed into a greased bowl to rise for 2 hours
- Once risen, knead the dough again and divide the dough balls into small rounds. Line your dough balls up on a large dish and let rise again for at least one hour. Mine usually makes a row 4 x 5 rolls on a large baking dish
- Bake at 350℃ for 25 minutes
