Welcome to the weight loss recipes series! I will be sharing recipes that I made weekly to lose weight starting with Roasted Veg with Sausages Recipe.
Weight loss can be difficult, especially if you feel like you have to make a different meal for yourself in addition to your family. These are recipes the whole family will enjoy, and you can always mix and match the meats or vegetables. Check out my youtube for the full tutorial!
Ingredients
- 2-3 Sweet Potatoes
- 2-3 Carrots
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 8 Sausages
- 400 g New potatoes
Instructions
- Start by chopping the sweet potatoe, carrots and onion and place into a roasting dish.
- Drizzle a light amount of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes, stir and then cook for another 25 minutes
- Add the sausages to the same tray half way through cooking
- Boil new potatoes and crisp up on a flat skillet or cooking pan
- Serve with homemade onion gravy (optional)
