Ingredients
- 3 Medium Potatoes
- 1 tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Garlic Granules
- Pinch of salt & pepper
Instructions
- Chop the potatoes up into cubes and place in a large bowl. Sprinkle the potatoes with the seasonings and mix to coat them evenly.
- Spread out onto a baking tray, and bake for 40 minutes, turning half way through.
- Once the 40 minutes are up, an optional additional step is to lightly fry them in some oil in a stove top pan. I highly recommend going this extra step! Otherwise, dish up and enjoy!
