As a no-bake recipe, these homemade granola bars are a quick and delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Peanut butter
- ⅔ cup Honey (soft or runny)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Large Rolled Oats
- ⅓ cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- ⅓ cup Shaved Coconut (plus more for topping)
- Pinch of salt
Flavour Variations
The main ingredients with must be added to this recipe is:
- Oats
- Peanut butter
- Honey
- Vanilla Extract
- Salt
Change the flavour
Instead of the Dark chocolate chips and Coconut shavings that I added, try these:
- Dried fruits for example cherries
- White Chocolate Chips
- Milk Chocolate Chips
- Chopped Nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds)
- Raisins
The list is endless!
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients, and mix until full incorporated
- Line an 8×8 baking pan with baking paper.
- Add the mixture to your non stick pan, and cover with another sheet of baking paper. Press firmly into the dish using a cup or flat surface. Sprinkle more coconut shavings and a small handful of chocolate chips, and press into shape.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before cutting. Enjoy on their own, with crumble, on top of yoghurt, and more!

- ⅓ cup Shaved Coconut (plus a sprinkle for topping)
