Ingredients
- 220 g Pumpkin Puree
- 100 g Sourdough Starter (bubbly or discard)
- 100 g Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 60 g Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ¾ tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Cinamon
- ½ tsp Salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to Gas Mark 6 (400℉) and butter or line your baking dish.
- In a large bowl, add all of your ingredients and mix until fully incorporated. Pour your batter into your prepared baking dish and place in the oven.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked. Insert a toothpick or sharp knife into the centre, if it comes out clean, it’s full cooked. If not, place it back in the oven for 5 minutes and check again.
- Add some simple icing on top, or enjoy on its own!
