1 Pan Creamy Lemon Salmon Recipe {with video}

A delightfully fresh but creamy salmon dish, perfect for date night!

  • 1 Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 150 ml Double Cream
  • ½ Fresh Squeezed Lemon
  • 1 Vegetable Stock Cube
  • 1 Handful fresh herbs (parsley + basil)
  • 30 g Cheddar Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Start by heating the butter in your pan. Cook the salmon on both sides for 5 minutes each side until cooked
  • Once cooked, add your garlic cloves, cream, stock and cheese. Mix between the salmon fillets and allow to simmer for 1 minute
  • Add your freshly squeezed lemon juice along with your fresh herbs. This allows your herbs to flavour the dish without burning
  • After 1 more minute of cooking, season to taste with salt and pepper
  • Serve immediately with fresh vegetables, chips, rice or pasta!
