Smoked Sausage and Kale Soup Recipe {with video}

1-2 Potatoes (diced) 2 cups Chopped Kale ½ cup Onion (diced) 2 cups Smoked Sausage (into rounds) 1 can Cannelloni Beans 2 cups Chicken Stock 1 tbsp Avocado Oil / Butter Salt & Pepper to season
Start by browning your onion, potatoes and smoke sausages with your avocado oil and butter. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
Once browned, add your stock and cannelloni beans and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add your kale and simmer for the last 5 minutes, serve immediately or store in the fridge for the next day.
