Bring a large pan of salted or stock water to the boil for the tagliatelle or pasta. Cook until al dente.
In you pan add the oil, onion and garlic, stirring occasionally. Add your bacon, and stir until cooked.
Add the tinned tomatoes, puree, salt, pepper and paprika. Continue to stir and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Taste and add seasoning to your taste.
Once cooked, drain the pasta but reserve roughly 1 cup of the pasta water.
Add the mug of pasta water to the bacon sauce and stir on low heat. Toss the pasta in the sauce until well coated and thickened.
Add your pasta to your cookware dish and drizzle over your double cream and 1 tbsp Mustard. Lightly mix and top with shredded cheese.
Grill for 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted to your preference!
