The only 1 Pan Creamy Lemon Salmon recipe you need. You may also be a fan of one pan dishes. When you cooked from scratch every night, the washing up can become a chore which takes up a lot of time to remedy.
With one pan dishes, you don’t need to sacrifice the good home cooked food, or your energy levels at the end of a busy day! Check out my youtube for the full tutorial!
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 150 ml Double Cream
- ½ Fresh Squeezed Lemon
- 1 Vegetable Stock Cube
- 1 Handful fresh herbs (parsley + basil)
- 30 g Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
Serve immediately with fresh vegetables, chips, rice or pasta!
Start by heating the butter in your pan. Cook the salmon on both sides for 5 minutes each side until cooked
Once cooked, add your garlic cloves, cream, stock and cheese. Mix between the salmon fillets and allow to simmer for 1 minute
Add your freshly squeezed lemon juice along with your fresh herbs. This allows your herbs to flavour the dish without burning
After 1 more minute of cooking, season to taste with salt and pepper
