When I first visited Sweden I fell in love with the culture and the food. Sweden has the best growing season for Lingonberries, so you are likely to find that most of the lingonberry recipes originate from there too. Lingonberry jam is a very popular choice, and for good reason! Every time I get to enjoy this fantastic cookie, it takes me back to my most heartwarming memories.
